The Will of Ann Gray

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Gray of Twickenham in the County of Middlesex Widow being of sound disposing mind memory and understanding

I direct that all the Estate at Twickenham devised to me for life by the Will of my late Husband with a power of appointment therein contained to me shall descend in the manner directed by my said Husband's Will on failure of appointment that is to say on each of my four Children now living Sarah Polly Robert and William and I give all my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever to my said four Children Sarah Polly Robert and William their Exors Administrators Heirs and Assigns to be equally divided among them share and share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Sons the Reverend Dr Robert Gray and William Gray to be Executors of this my Will and I do hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me at any time made and do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the thirty first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four
