The Will of Elizabeth Gravatt

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Gravatt of Leatherhead in the County of Surry Widow which I make publish and declare in manner & form following that is to say I give & bequeath unto John Murray of the City of Chichester Esq his Executors admors & assigns the sum belonging to me in the stock of three per cent reduced and all other stock funds and securities that I may die possessed of in trust to receive the interest dividends & produce thereof from time to time during the life of my dear son William Gravatt 7 his assigns during the term of his natural life and from & after his decease in trust to pay…..the said sum of the stock of three per cent reduced & such other Stocks funds and securities as aforesaid & all….dividends & produce which shall have accrued thereon from the death from the death of the said William Gravatt to pay such distribution & division thereof unto between & amongst all & every the child & children of the said William Gravatt lawfully begotten who may be living who may be living at the time of his death equally share & share alike to be paid & payable at their respective ages of 21 years& in case any child or children shall happen to die under the age of twenty one years then I direct that the share of him her or them so dying shall belong & be paid to the others or other of them at the same time as is directed with respect to his her or their original share & also I devise & bequeath unto Anne Gravatt my Granddaughter my…..hoop ring and all my wearing apparel whatsoever for her own use & benefit & I give & bequeath the residue & remainder of my Estate & Effects whatsoever and I do hereby appoint the said John Murray Exor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this sixteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eleven E Gravatt
