In the Name of God Amen I John Gazely of Sheering in the County of Essex Gardener being of sound and disposing mind and Memory praised be God for the same But considering the uncertainty of Human Life Do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say ffirst and Principally I commend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God my Creator and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as for and concerning such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased Almighty God to bestow upon me I give devise and dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say) as to all my real and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever which I now have or shall have at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath the same with their and every of their Rights members and appurtenances unto my Dear and loving Wife Ann Gazely her Heirs and Assigns for ever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said loving Wife Ann Gazely Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me heretofore made and do declare it to be my only last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said John Gazely the Testator to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper my Hand and Seal have set this Tenth day of January in the thirty third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty John Gazely
