I Christopher Gates of the Parish of Wokingham in the County of Berks Husbandman do make Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (Vizt) First As to for and concerning All that my Cottage or Tenement Lands and Premises Situate lying and being in the Parish of Hurst in the County of Berks or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain In Give devise and bequeath the same unto my Nephew Thomas Knight And his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And as to all and Singular my Ready Money and Securitys for Money Household Goods and Utensils Stock in Husbandry and other my Goods Chattels and Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what Nature or Kind soever (after Payment of my Debts and ffuneral Expences) I Give Devise and bequeath the same unto my said Nephew Thomas Knight his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns And I do hereby make Ordain Constitute and Appoint him my said Nephew Thomas Knight full and Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament And Lastly I do hereby revoke and make Void all former and other Wills b y me at any time heretofore made and do Declare this alone to be my last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Twenty Ninth day of July In the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty the mark of Christopher Gates
