I John Garland of the Parish of Owermoine in the County of Dorset Labourer considering the uncertainty of this Mortal Life and being of sound mind memory and Understanding Blessed be God for the same Do make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and Form following (That is to Say) First I give my Wife Joan Garland all my Household Goods and Chattels for her Life & after her Decease... Daughter Sarah Garland as long as she Lives which is more fully expressed I do make my Wife Joan Garland my whole & sole Executrix made signed & seald This Fourth Day of September Yearly 1763 In the Reign of our Lord George the Third In the presence of
