In the Name of God Amen I William Gallup of Capel in the County of Surrey Surgeon being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I order all my just debts funeral expences and charges of proving this my Will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied then I give bequeath and devise to my brother Edward Gallup All the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels debts ready moneys effects and other my Estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever I give bequeath and devise the same and every part thereof unto them their Executors Administrators and Assigns And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my brother Edward Gallup to be with my mother Sarah Gallup to be Executors of this Will In Witness whereof I the said Testator have set my hand this twentieth day of October 1824
