This is the last Will and Testament of me
JOHN FULLAGAR of Homerton in the parish of Hackney in the County
of Middlesex Esquire made this twenty eighth day of May in the
year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and eighty five in
manner and form following that is to say ffirst I give and
beqeath unto my loving wife ANN FULLAGAR the sum of six thousand
pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain to and for her own
proper use and benefit Also I give and bequeath unto my said
Wife all and singular my plate jewels household goods and ----
coach chariot horses books and furniture whatsoever to and for
her own use Also I give and bequeath to Mr. and Mrs. JOHN MARCH
the sum of thirty pounds to Mr. and Mrs. OLIVER CROMWELL the sum
of thirty pounds and to JOSHUA BAHCE? the sum of forty pounds
for Mourning Also I give and bequeath unto all and every the
child and children that I shall leave living at the time of my
decease the sum of three thousand pounds apiece now four per
cent Bank Annuities Consolidated to be paid and transferred to
them when and as they shall severally and respectively attain
the age of twenty one years or be married which shall first
happen and in the mean time I direct that the Interest and
Dividends shall be received by my said wife for and towards
their respective maintenance and education Also I give and
bequeath unto JOH MARCH of George Yard Tower Hill printer one of
my Executors herinafter named the sum of one Hundred pounds for
his trouble Also I give and bequeath to the Reverend doctor
RICHARD P--- and to the Reverend Mr. HUGH WORTHINGTON the sum of
forty pounds apiece for Mourning And I desire to be buried in my
own vault Juballs Burying Gound Bunhill Fields All and singular
my Freehold and copyhold Estatesand also the rest residue and
remainder of my personal Estate and Effects whatsoever or
wheresoever or of what nature kind or quality soever from and
after payment of just debts legacies and funeral expenses I give
and bequeath unto my said Wife ANN FULLAGAR And to the said JOHN
MARCH their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns upon
Trust nevertheless that they do and shall with all convenient
speed after my decease sell and dispose of the same and lay out
and invest the Money arising by such sale or sales upon
Government Securities in some or one of the public funds in
their joint names And I do hereby order and direct that the
Interest and dividends thereof and of every part thereof shall
be paid to and received by my said Wife as they shall become due
for and during the term of her natural life and from and after
the decease of my said Wife then I do hereby order and direct
that the same and every part thereof shall be paid to and be
divided between and amongst all and every my my child and
children as shall be living at the time of her decease And the
survivors and survivor of them equally share and share alike if
more than one and if there shall be but one such child then to
such only child whereas they shall severally and respectively
attain the said age of twenty one years or be married which
shall first happen but incase all such my children shall happen
to dye in the life time of my said Wife and without leaving any
lawful issue of their or any or either of their bodies who shall
survive my said Wife then I do hereby order and direct that all
and singular the said rest residue and remainder of my Estate
and Effects shall be paid and transferred to my said Wife to and
for her own proper use and benefit absolutely And lastly i do
hereby make ordain nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife
ANN FULLAGAR and the said JOHN MARCH Executrix and Executor of
this my will and hereby revoking and making void all former and
other wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this
only to be my last Will and Testament In witness hereof the said
JOHN FULLAGAR the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal
the day and year first above written JOHN FULLAGAR Signed sealed
published and declared by the said John Fullagar the testator as
and for his last will and Testament in the presence of us who at
his request have subscribed our names as witness hereto in his
presence and in the presence of each other. JOS. MARRYD,

Appeared personally JOHN PALMER of
Leadenhall Street in the parish of Saint Peter Cornhill London
Slopseller and WILLIAM PRINCE of Leadenhall Street in the parish
of Saint Andrew Undershaft London Wine Cooper and being sworn on
the Holy Evangilists to depose the ----- made Oath as follows
that they knew and were well aquainted with JOHN FULLAGAR late
of the parish of Saint John Hackney in the County of Middlesex
Esquire deceased for many years before and to the time of his
death and during such their aquaintence with him have often seen
him write and subscribe his name in writings and are thereby
become well aquainted with his manner and character of
handwriting and subsciption and having now carefully inspected
the name "John Fullagar" appearing written on the ------ Margin
opposite an Obliteration in the tenth line of the Last will and
Testament of the said John Fullagar deceased beginning thus
"this is the Last Will and Testament of me John Fullagar of
Homerton in the parish of Hackney in the County of Middlesex
Esquire" and ending thus " in witness whereof I the said John
Fullagar the testator heve hereunto set my hand and seal the day
and year first above written and subscribed John Fullagar these
Deponents say they truly and in their consciences believe the
name John Fullagar written in the Margin of the said will to be
of the proper hand writing of the Testator deceased John Palmer,
William Prince same day the said John Palmer and William Prince
were duly sworn to the truth of this Affidavit before me GEO.

This Will was proved at London the third
day of August in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred
and eighty five before the Worshipful George Harris Doctor of
Laws Surragate to the Right Wordhipful Peter ----- also Doctor
of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the prerogative Court of
Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Ann Fullagar
Widow the Relict of the deceased and John March the Executors
named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of
all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the Deceased
they having been first sworn duly to administer.
