This is the last Will and Testament of me Zephaniah Fry of Castle Street in the City of Bristol Woollen Draper I charge all and every part of the property of which I may die possessed with the payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences and especially with the Payment of the sum of one thousand pounds sterling which I am indebted to my Son Thomas Rutter ffry with all interest that may be due thereon at the time of my decease at the rate of five pounds per centum per annum I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Harriet ffry the sum of five hundred pounds for her own absolute use and benefit to be paid by my Executor hereinafter named within twelve months after my decease I give and bequeath unto my said Son Thomas Rutter ffry and my said Daughter Harriet ffry all my household Goods and furniture to be equally divided between them share and share alike I give and bequeath unto my said Son Thomas Rutter ffry his executors administrators and assigns all that my leasehold house Warehouse and Premises with the Appurtenances in which I now reside and carry on my said business being Number 30 Castle Street in the said City of Bristol together with all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever situate money securities for money stock in trade Book debts and my watch and I hereby nominate and appoint my said Son Thomas Rutter ffry sole Executor to this my Will dated this tenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty _ Zephaniah Fry   (Attestation Clause)   William Lands _ John Boucher   Proved at London 31 March 1846   PCC Prob11/2032
