In the Name of God Amen I Thos Fry of the City of Bristol Undertaker being of sound mind and memory and understanding Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say that my ffuneral may be as private as possible and that my body may be deposited in the Vault in which my late lamented Wife lies in Brunswick Square (unless I should die at any distance from Bristol then it is my wish to be interred in the nearest burying Ground to the place I die at) after payment of all my just debts and engagements and funeral expences etc. I leave and bequeath the remainder of my property of whatsoever kindsoever and wheresoever the same may be of Monies Bonds Bills Household ffurniture plate Linen China Houses Books and every other kind of property not herein named which may belong to meat the time of my death to my dear and beloved wife Anne ffry for her own use and benefit during her natural life and at her death the whole of my Estate and Effects to be equally divided share and share alike to my dear Sisters Charlotte and Martha for their use and benefit And on the death of the survivor to be divided equally share and share between my Nephews and Nieces And I hereby nominate and appoint Mr Roger Edwards of Keynsham Surgeon and Mr Thos Evans of Brockley School Master to this my last Will and Testament dated this twenty third day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two
