This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth ffry of the ffishponds in the Parish of Stapleton in the County of Gloucester Widow I give devise and bequeath to my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of Edward Marchant Page the Younger of ffishponds aforesaid All the Estate Property and Effects of whatever nature or quality the same may be which I shall be seized or possessed of or otherwise entitled unto or over which I shall have a disposing at the time of my decease To hold take and receive the same unto my said Daughter her heirs executors admors and assigns according to the tenures thereof respectively for her & their own proper use & behoof and not to be subject to the control interference or debts of the said Edward Marchant Page or any after taken Husband of my said Daughter And I hereby nominate and appoint my said Daughter Executrix  of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and seal this twelfth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & thirty five Eliz Fry
