I Ann Fry of Somerset Square in the Parish
of Bedminster in the County of Somerset Widow do declare this to
be my last and only Will and Testament I give all my Wearing
Apparel and Household Linen unto and equally between my three
Daughters and give devise and bequeath all my ffreehold and
Leasehold Estates equally unto my five children Vizt Zephaniah
ffry Elizabeth Sansom Lydia Newman Ann Newman and Robert ffry
equally between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common
and not as joint tenants and their respective Heirs Executors
Administrators and Assigns according to the nature of the
several Estates and it is my Will that my said Son Zephaniah
shall have the right and liberty to purchase my two Leasehold
Houses adjoining together situate in Castle Street in the City
of Bristol one of which is in his own occupation and the other
is in the occupation of William Bull at the Price at the price
for both of one thousand eight hundred Pounds if he shall elect
to do so within six Months next after my decease one fifth part
of which Purchase Money he will of course retain as his own
share thereof and I give all the residue of my Personal Estate
and Effects unto and equally between my said five Children and I
do hereby appoint my said Sons Zephaniah ffry and Robert ffry
and my Sons in Law Henry Newman Thomas Newman and Philip Sansom
to be the Executors of this my Will Witness my hand and seal the
tenth day of the sixth Month called June in the Year one
thousand eight hundred and nine Ann ffry
