BE IT KNOWN that John Henry Frost of
Morton House 25 Broomhall place in the City of Sheffield
Commercial Clerk formerly of Handsworth in the County of York
who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at
Morton House aforesaid within the District of the West Riding of
the County of York died on the 20th day of June 1910 at Morton
House aforesaid
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date
hereunder written the last will and Testament of the said
deceased was proved and registered in the District Probate
Registry of His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at Wakefield and
that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to
and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased
was granted by the aforesaid Court to Elizabeth Anne Frost of
Morton House aforesaid Widow the Relict of the said deceased,
the sole Executrix named in the said Will

This is the last Will and Testament of me
John Henry Frost of Handsworth in the County of York Clerk I
give devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate of
which I shall be possessed or entitled at the time of my decease
unto my wife Elizabeth Anne Frost absolutely and I appoint my
said wife sole Executrix of this my Will and revoke all previous
Wills by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I
hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of March in the year
of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and seventy five
