The Will of Henry Fricker

This is the Will of me Henry Fricker of Shaston Saint Rumbold otherwise Cann in the County of Dorset Yeoman I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Fricker for his own absolute use All my household furniture Farming stock and effects of every description subject to his providing a suitable residence and maintenance for my wife Mary Fricker during her life and subject also to the payment at the death of my said wife to each of the children of my daughter Emma the wife of Samuel Knapton and Louisa the wife of Thomas Lear of the sum of eight pounds And I appoint my nephew William Hayter Fricker of Shaftesbury in the said County of Dorset Cheese dealer sole Executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twentieth day of December one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine

Signed by the said Henry Fricker the
Testator as his Will in the presence of
us present at the same time who at his
request in his presence and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses the same having
been first read over to him and he
appearing perfectly to understand the same

Proved at Blandford on the 22nd day of March 1876 by the oath of William Hayter Fricker the nephew of the deceased the sole executor to whom administration was granted.
The Testator Henry Fricker was late of Shaston Saint Rumbold otherwise Cann in the County of Dorset Yeoman and died on the 24th day of January 1876 at Shaston Saint Rumbold otherwise Cann aforesaid
