In the Name of God Amen I William French of
Hornsey Road in the Parish of St Mary Islington in the County of
Middlesex being in good health and of sound mind do make this my
last Will and Testament as follows that is to say I give and
bequeath unto my dear wife Ann my two leasehold messuages situate in
Hornsey Road and also the Produce of my leasehold ground rents
arising from Premises situated in Hornsey Road aforesaid for and
during her natural life should she survive me and from and
immediately after her decease I give and bequeath unto my son
William ffrench the messuage adjoining the one I and my daughter
Elizabeth True now reside in and to my said daughter Elizabeth True
for her own and sole use I give and bequeath the messuage I now
occupy and upon her decease to her son William True should he
survive her and upon his death then to my granddaughter Ann True
also upon the death of my wife I give and bequeath the produce of
ground rents aforesaid between my three children William ffrench Ann
Stevens and Elizabeth True or the survivors of them in equal
portions Also I give and bequeath unto my son William ffrench and my
son in law William True the surplus of the produce of my goods and
chattels after paying my lawful debts and funeral expenses to be
shared equally between them and do appoint them executors of this my
last Will and Testament And I do revoke all former and other Wills
by me at any time heretofore made In witness whereof I the said
William ffrench have to this my last Will and Testament contained in
one sheet of Paper set my hand and seal this seventh day of April in
the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six The
