The Will of John Freethy

 

This is the Last Will and Testament of John ffreethy Mariner of the Town of Marazion in the County of Cornwall I give & bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary all my Real and Personal Effects during her life or so long as she remains unmarried then to the Children of Nicholas & Honour Tyack to be divided amongst them at her discretion I bequeath to my Sister Mary ffreethy of the Town of Marazion Ten Pounds P Annum during her life to be paid quarterly after my decease I give unto my Sister Honour Wife of Nicholas Tyack ffifty Pounds after the Death of her said Husband I Give Ten Pounds to the Poor Widows of the Parish of Ludgvan which sum is to be lodged in the Hands of those ......Sons the Interest of which is to be Paid every Christmas eve to such Poor Widows as are ...objects of Charity in the said Parish after the decease of my said Wife And I also give Ten Pounds to the Poor Widows of the Town of Marazion to be Paid in like manner as that of Ludgvan I do hereby constitute & appoint Thos Roberts the Elder & Thos Roberts the Younger both of Marazion as Executors In Trust to this my Last Will As Witness my Hand this 20th Novr 1790
