THIS IS THE LAST WILL
AND TESTAMENT of me ERNEST MILTON FOX of Bampton in the County
of Oxford Farmer I APPOINT my son Herbert John Fox of Standlake
in the County of Oxford Farmer and Cyril J Luckett of Hill Farm
Foscote Towcester in the County of Northampton Farmer
(hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be Executors and Trustees
of this my Will I GIVE AND DEVISE unto my Trustees all that my
Farmhouse land and premises situate at Bampton aforesaid now in
my own occupation Upon trust to allow my wife Frances Annie Fox
to have the use thereof and to receive and take the rents income
and profits arising therefrom during her lifetime and upon the
decease of my said Wife I direct that my Trustees shall sell and
convert the same into money either by Public Auction or private
treaty and shall stand possessed of the net proceeds of such
sale and conversion Upon trust to divide the same between and
among my three children namely the said Herbert John Fox, Gladys
Louise Gertrude Luckett and Ivy Rose Nudds absolutely in equal
shares I GIVE AND DEVISE unto my Trustees all that my Farm and
lands known as New Shifford Farm situate at Shifford in the
County of Oxford now in the occupation of my son Herbert John
Fox Upon trust to sell and convert the same into money either by
Public Auction or private treaty and shall stand possessed of
the net proceeds of such sale and conversion Upon trust to
divide the same between and among my three children as aforesaid
absolutely in equal shares And I declare that my Trustees may
postpone the sale and conversion of my said Farm situate at
Shifford aforesaid for so long as they shall in their discretion
think fit and that the rents profits and income to accrue after
my death from such Farm and premises at Shifford aforesaid so
long as it shall remain unsold and unconverted shall after
payment thereout of all incidental expenses and outgoings be
paid and applied to my said son and daughters in equal shares
And I hereby give devise and bequeath all my real and personal
estate not hereby otherwise disposed of unto my Trustees Upon
trust that my Trustees shall sell call in and convert into money
the same or such part thereof as shall not consist of money and
shall out of the moneys produced by such sale calling in and
conversion and out of my ready money pay my funeral and
testamentary expenses and debts and shall stand possessed of the
residue of the said moneys Upon trust to divide the same between
and among my said Wife Frances Annie Fox and my said son Herbert
John Fox and my said daughters Gladys Louise Gertrude Luckett
and Ivy Rose Nudds absolutely in equal shares And I hereby
revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament IN WITNESS
whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty second day of
October one thousand nine hundred and twenty nine
