I Arthur Edward Fox of
The Hill Claywell Near Witney in the County of Oxford Farmer
hereby revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions
made by me and declare this to be my last Will.
1. I appoint my wife
Emily Elizabeth Fox and my daughters Kathleen Sandford Fox and
Cecilia Channer Fox (hereinafter called “my Trustees”) to be
Executrices and Trustees of this my Will.
2. I direct that my
Trustees shall in the first place pay all my just debts funeral
and testamentary expences
3. I give devise and
bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and
wheresoever unto my trustees upon trust to allow my said wife
Emily Elizabeth Fox to have receive and take the income and
profits arising therefrom during her lifetime or widowhood
4. From and after the
decease or re-marriage (whichever shall first happen) of my said
wife my Trustees shall hold all that my farm lands and bungalow
situate at Cote in the County of Oxford and containing in area
approximately one hundred and forty acres in trust for my
daughters Winifred May Hook the wife of Ralph Douglas Hook and
Minnie Rose Fox in equal shares absolutely and shall stand
possessed of all the rest residue and remainder of my estate in
trust for my daughters the said Kathleen Sandford Fox and
Cecilia Channer Fox in equal shares absolutely
In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand this eighth day of October one
thousand nine hundred and thirty.
