The Will of Nathaniel Fowler

This is the last Will
and Testament of me
Nathaniel ffowler of
Bloxham in the County of
Oxford Mercer ffirst I
give and bequeath unto
my Wife Mary one third
part of all my Goods
Chattles Cattle and
personal Estate
whatsoever And all the
Rest and Residue of all
my Goods Chattles Cattle
and personal Estate I
give and bequeath unto
my Brother in Law Robert
Brain of Long Compton in
the County of Warwick
Yeoman William Lamley of
Bloxham aforesaid Yeoman
ande Richard Maul of
Milton in the said
County of Oxford Malster
their Executors and
Administrators In Trust
and to the End Intent
and Purpose that they or
the Survivor of them his
Executors and
Administrators shall
sell and dispose of the
same for the best price
they can get and by and
out of the Moneys that
shall be made thereof
And the Increase and
Produce thereof shall
pay and apply the same
for the Use and Benefitt
of my Son Thomas ffowler
in such Manner Parts and
Proportions as they or
the Survivor of them his
Executors and
Administrators shall in
his or their discretion
think fitt until my said
Son shall attain his Age
of twenty one Years and
as soon as he shall have
attained such Age then
to pay all the remaining
part thereof if any such
shall be unto my said
Son Thomas but my Will
is that if my said Son
shall happen to dye
before he arrives to the
said Age of twenty one
Years and leave any
Issue then to pay the
same unto such Issue but
if he shall leave no
Issue then my Will and
Meaning further is that
my said Trustee shall
pay all such Moneys that
shall remain in their
Hands at his death unto
my said Wife Mary if she
shall be then living but
if she shall be then
dead then my Will and
Meaning also further is
that my said Trustees
their Executors and
Administrators shall by
and out of the Remainder
of the Money that shall
be then undisposed of
pay or cause to be paid
the Sum of fforty Pounds
unto and among such of
the poor of the
Congregation of
Dissenters of Banbury in
the County of Oxford
commonly called Quakers
that ususally frequent
the Monthly Meetings
there in such Manner as
my said Trustees or the
Survivor of them his
Executors or
Administrators shall
think fitt And all the
Rest and Residue thereof
that shall then be
remaining unpaid my Will
and Meaning also further
is shall be paid unto my
ffather in Law George
Brain my Brother in Law
the said Robert Brain
their Executors and
Administrators And I do
hereby constitute ordain
and appoint my said Wife
Mary full and sole
Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament
and I do desire her to
pay unto my Brother
Thomas ffowler and my
Sister Elizabeth Phipps
two Guineas apeice In
Witness whereof I have
to this my last Will and
Testament set my Hand
and Seal this tenth day
of November in the
seventh Year of the
Reign of King George the
Second over Great
Britain and in the Year
one thousand seven
hundred thirty and three
