This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Fouracre of Plymouth in the County of Devon Mariner who being of sound mind and memory do hereby give and bequeath unto my said wife Justine Elliott ffouracre and Jane ffouracre my daughter Two hundred and twenty five pounds in consolidated three per Cents Annuities and thirty pounds in the Naval Bank Plymouth which I stand possessed together with all belonging or appertaining to the same Also my goods and furniture and all other things and property whatsoever which I may hold at the time of my decease so I give unto my said wife Justin Elliott Fouracre and Jane Fouracre my daughter hereby revoking and making null and void all other wills or powers by me at any time heretofore made and I do hereby constitute and appoint my said wife and daughter Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty four day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty two Thomas Fouracre
