In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Foley of Newbury in the County of Berks Widow do make and Ordain this my last Will in manner and fform following ffirst

I give to my Son in Law William Crofts fifty pounds In Trust to be disposed of in the Manner Hereafter Mentioned in this my Will that is to sayhe shall pay to my three Grand Children William Crofts Elizabeth Crofts and Thomas Crofts ten pound seach as they shall respectively Attain the Age of Twenty one Years and that he also pays to my Grand Son John Crofts twenty pounds when he shall Attain the Age of twenty one Years And my Will is that if any of my said Grand Children shall die before the Age of twenty one years then the respective Share or Shares of each that shall so die shall be divided into equal parts by my Son in Law William Crofts and by him be paid to all my Surviving Grand Children Mentioned in this my Will And I do by this my Will Appoint my two ffriends Benjamin White of Newbury in the County of Berks Mealman and William Emans of the same place Clothier Trustees to See that the above Legacies be duly paid by the said William Crofts All the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects of what kind soever I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Crofts Lastly I Appoint my Son in Law William Crofts fulland sole Executor of this my last Will The Mark of Elizabeth ffoley the fourth day of March 1777 in the presence of us     Esther Gosling      Wm Archett
