This is the last Will and Testament of
Sarah Flower of Warwick Court Holborn in the County of Middlesex
Plasterer I Will & Direct that all my just Debts and ffuneral
Expences are paid and Satisfied I give and bequeath to my Son
Henry Walker all the Scaffolding and other Utensils and
Implements used in my Business I give to my Daughter Mary the
Sum of fifty pounds I give and bequeath my late Husband's Watch
to my Son Henry I give to my Daughter Elizabeth one of my
Watches and to my Daughter Sarah the other one and I desire that
all my Plate Rings Ear-Rings and Gold Buttons and also my Linnen
and Wearing Apparel may be equally divided amongst my three
Daughters Mary Elizabeth and Sarah at the Discretion of my
Executors herein after named and I Will and Direct that the
Lease of my House in Warwick Court and all my Household
ffurniture and Household Linnen shall as soon as conveniently
may be after my Decease be sold and all moneys due to me
collected got in and received and this Money arising from such
Sale and to be collected as aforesaid and all other my Personal
Estate (except for the Leasehold premises hereinafter mentioned)
be applied by my Executors in the purchase of Stock or such
other Security or Securities as they shall think fit and that my
said Executors shall and do pay the Interest thereof and such of
the principal as they shall think proper towards the Maintenance
of my Children Henry Elizabeth and Sarah in equal proportions it
being my Intention and I do hereby direct that their respective
shares or proportions thereof or such part thereof as shall
remain unapplied be paid to them on their respectively attaining
the age of twenty one years or Day or Days of Marriage and I
give and bequeath my Leasehold Houses in the Parish of
Clerkenwell to my Executors hereinafter named upon trust that
they or the Survivors or Survivor of them shall and do receive
and take the Rents Esoins and profits thereof and pay and divide
the same equally amongst my said Son Henry and my Daughters
Elizabeth and Sarah and I will and direct that in case my said
Executors shall conceive it to be in the Interest of my said
Children that they shall and may and I do hereby Empower them to
sell and dispose of my said Leasehold premises for the best
price that can be obtained for the same and apply the Money
arising therefrom in such and the same manner as I have directed
the Money arising from the Sale of my Household ffurniture to be
applied I give and bequeath to my Maid Servant Sarah Marshall in
case she shall be living with me at the time of my Decease the
Sum of ffive pounds to be paid within Twelve Months after my
Decease and I do hereby Nominate constitute and Appoint my good
ffriends Richard Hilton of Clerkenwell aforesaid Carpenter Isaac
Mainwaring of the same place Saw Maker and my Sister Elizabeth
Saltmarsh Executors of this my Will and beg their acceptance of
ffive Guineas each In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and Seal this twenty fourth Day of August one thousand
seven hundred and seventy nine Sarah Flowers
