In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Flogdell of 372 Strand in the parish of St Mary le Strand in the City of Westminster Baker being of sound mind memory and understanding do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ann Sarah fflogdell all my monies securities for money goods Cattels book debts estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease And I do nominate and appoint my said wife guardian of my Children and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 1st day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirty one Joseph Flogdell
