I charge all my effects with the payments of my just debts and funeral expences subject to the following , I give and bequeath to my father in law Thomas Dothwaite of Hind House a security which I had from him for the payment of £50 with interest part of the Portion I was to have with his daughter Elizabeth my former wife.
