This is the last Will and Testament of me Ruth Firr of Epping in the County of Essex Widow which I make publish and declare in manner following first I direct all my just debts ffuneral and Testamentary Expences to be paid and the several Legacies hereinafter given to be paid out of my Personal estate And subject thereto I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Mary Tanner the Sum of ffive Pounds To my Daughter Ruth Colston the like Sum of ffive Pounds To my Daughter Ann Crossley the like Sum of ffive Pounds and To my Daughter Elizabeth Colston the like Sum of ffive Pounds which said several Legacies I direct may be paid by my Executor hereafter named within three Calendar Months next after my decease And as to all the rest and residue of my Personal Estate which I may die possessed of (subject to the Payment of my debts and the Legacies hereby given) I give and bequeath the same unto my Son Abraham Firr his Executors Administrators and Assigns absolutely and I appoint my said Son Abraham Firr sole Executor hereby revoking all other Testamentary writings In Witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand this third day of July in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty four Ruth Fir
