This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Firmin of Sudbury in the County of Suffolk Malster as follows ffirst I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Ann ffirmin (after payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences) all and singular my household furniture stock in trade book debts and other debts which shall or may be due and owing to me at the time of my decease monies and securities for money and all other my personal Estate chattels and effects of every denomination description or kind for and during the term of her natural life in case shall so long remain my widow and unmarried and from and immediately after her decease or marrying again which shall first happen then I give and bequeath the same household furniture and other personal estate and effects above described unto between and amongst my children namely Hannah ffirmin Mary Ann ffirmin Ann the Wife of George Goodman Emily the Wife of Charles Adams John ffirmin and Caroline ffirmin to be equally divided between them share and share alike within six Calendar months next after the decease or marrying again of my said wife and I do hereby declare that I have omitted to give my son Thomas ffirmin any legacy because he has already had from me more than the share of any of my other children will come to under this my Will And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said beloved Wife so long as she shall remain my Widow and unmarried Executrix and my son John ffirmin and my son in law George Goodman Executors of this my will and hereby revoking making void and disannulling all former and other Wills By me at any time heretofore made I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Thomas ffirmin the Testator have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine   Thos Firmin
