This is the last Will and Testament of me William Smith Ferrier of Great Yarmouth in the County of Norfolk Surgeon I direct all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and satisfied as soon as can be after my decease And I give and devise all and every my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever now belonging to me either in possession reversion remainder in or over which I have any deviseable interest or power of appointment with their appurtenances To hold the same unto my dear Wife Charlotte Susanna her heirs and assigns for ever And I give and bequeath all and every my monies and securities for money book debts household furniture plate linen china and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said Wife her executors administrators and assigns absolutely and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and set my seal this nineteenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty four _ W.
