In the Name of God Amen I Michael Fermor of No 25 Newcastle Street Strand in the County of Middlesex Gentleman do make and declare this writing to be my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath all and every my real Estate real and personal and also all and every the debts sum or sums of money whatever that shall be due owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease and also all and every my goods chattels and effects whatsoever the same may be unto my beloved wife Martha ffermor To have and to hold all and every my said estates monies goods chattels and effects unto her the said Martha ffermor her heirs executors Admors and assigns absolutely and for ever And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said dear wife together with her brother Richard Jarvis Executrix and Executor of this my last Will & Testament and hereby revoking all and every other wills and will by me at any time heretofore made do make and declare this writing only as and for my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
