"This is the last will of me Eunice May Ferguson of 35 Denver Road, Stamford Hill in the county of London, married woman.  I give all my property of every kind to William Edmund Wakerley of Chesterfield in the County of Derby Solicitor in trust for my daughter Vivienne Ferguson if and when she attains the age of 21 years, and I appoint the said W. Wakerley sole executor.  In witness thereof I have thereto set my hand this 8th day of October 1925."
