This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Felstead of the White Lion Inn Warlingham in the County of Surrey I give and bequeath my business carried on at the White Lion aforesaid unto the sisters of my late Wife namely Sarah Botton Rose Eliza Rose Mary Rose and ffrances the Wife of Richard Squibb or such of them as shall be living at my decease in equal shares and proportions and if only one of them shall be living then the whole to that one I give and bequeath such of the household goods furniture plate linen china books and pictures in and about my dwellinghouse as belongs to me part thereof belonging to the sisters of my late wife before named All other my Property not hereinbefore bequeathed unto and equally between such one or more of my brothers and sisters who shall be living at my decease and in case any dispute shall arise as to what portion of the furniture and effects in my dwellinghouse belong to me such dispute shall be decided by Eliza Rose hereinbefore named I appoint my brother Thomas ffelstead of Glebe Road Mile End in the County of Middlesex and the said Eliza Rose Executor and Executrix of this my Will and revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have at the foot hereof signed my name this eighteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and fifty four Joseph Felstead
