The Will of Harold Percival Fellows
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Harold
Percival Fellows, of 44 Hill Lane Southampton in the County of
Hampshire, this eleventh day of November in the year of our Lord One
thousand nine hundred and fifteen. I hereby revoke all wills and
testamentary instruments heretofore made by me.
I appoint my father Walter George Fellows of 44 Hill Lane, Southampton
in the County of Hampshire and my mother Emily Jessie Louisa Fellows of
44 Hill Lane, Southampton in the County of Hampshire to be the Excutors
to this my Will.
I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses shall
be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
I give and bequeath to my dear mother Emily Jessie Louisa Fellows £100
Debenture Stock in the Southampton Gas Company £100 Debenture stock in
the South Hants. Water Company and twenty four £10 ordinary shares in
the South Hants. Water Company.
To my father Walter George Fellows I give my Life Insurance in the
Prudential Company. To my Brother Walter Henry George Fellows I give two
£10 ordinary shares in the South Hants. Water Company. Any money that
there may be in the Post Office Saving Bank £20 I give to my mother.
Should my father or my brother predecease me his share to go to my
mother. After my funeral and legacy duty expenses are paid for. The
residue of my estate my gold chain watch and other articles I possess I
give to my father Walter George Fellows. I declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament.
Witness my hand this eleventh day of November 1915.

Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last
Will and Testament in presence of us who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as
Witnesses..

On the Fifteenth Day of October 1917 Probate of this Will was granted at
Winchester to Walter George Fellows and Emily Jessie Louisa Fellows the
Executors.
