This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann
Farmer widow of John Farmer late of Shipley in the Parish of
Claverley in the County of Salop Gentleman deceased made the twenty
sixth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and thirty two ffirst I desire to be decently buried at the
discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and that all my just
debts funeral and Testamentary expences may be paid and discharged
as soon as conveniently may be after my decease I give devise and
bequeath unto my S on Alexander ffarmer all and every my messuages
lands tenements tithes and hereditaments situate lying and being or
arising in the Parish of Sedgley in the County of Stafford with
their several appurtenances To hold the same unto and to the use of
my said Son Alexander ffarmer his heirs and assigns for ever And I
give devise and bequeath all the residue of my messuages lands
tenements hereditaments and real Estate and all my household goods
and furniture monies securities for money debt and debts including
all monies lent to and which at the time of my decease shall and may
be due and owing to me from any or either of my several children and
all and singular other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and
wheresoever unto my children John ffarmer James ffarmer Joseph
ffarmer the said Alexander ffarmer Mary ffarmer and Ann ffarmer
equally to be divided between and amongst them share and share alike
as tenants in common and not as joint tenants and to their
respective heirs Executors administrators and assigns And lastly I
appoint my said three Sons John ffarmer James ffarmer and Joseph
ffarmer joint Executors of this my Will and revoke all former Wills
by me made In Witness whereof I the said Testatrix Ann ffarmer have
hereunto set my hand and seal and published and declared the same to
be my last Will and Testament the day and year first above written _
