The Will of Elizabeth Eyre
This is the last Will and testament of me Elizabeth
Eyre of Mark Gate York Widow I give and bequeath all my monies and
Securities Household furniture Plate linen China books wearing Apparel Glass
watch All the goods and eggects & property of every description which I
shall die possessed of at the time of my decease to my Son James Eyre now
residing with me in Monk Gate I do hereby constitute and appoint the said
James Eyre my sole and whole Executor of this my last Will and testament In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this fifteenth day of
December One thousand Eight hundred & thirty one _ Elizabeth Eyre
Proved 7 July 1837
