This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Ann Evans of Winchester Row New Road in the County of Middlesex I desire that my remains be interred in the Burial Ground of Saint Marylebone in Paddington Street in the same Grave where the remains of my late husband now lie and that my ffuneral be conducted in the same manner as his was I give unto Rebecca Punter wife of John Punter of Horner Place New Road in the said County of Middlesex Gentleman all my household furniture and household effects and all my Goods and all my books and also the sum of twenty pounds per annum long annuities if she shall be living at the time of my decease I give unto Mary Sutton wife of Samuel Sutton of the Harrow Road Paddington in the said County of Middlesex the sum of ten pounds per annum long annuities if she shall be living at the time of my decease but in case she shall die in my lifetime then I give the said sum of ten pounds per annum long annuities unto the said Samuel Sutton if he shall be living at the time of my decease I give unto Mary Gallaway wife of Thomas Gallaway of Presthell Place Paddington in the said County of Middlesex Excise Officer twenty pounds per annum long annuities if she shall be living at the time of my decease but in case she shall die in my lifetime then I give the same sum of twenty pounds per annum long annuities unto the said Thomas Gallaway  if he shall be living at the time of my decease I give unto Ann Sophia Hughes of Brompton Square Brompton in the said County of Middlesex Widow ten pounds per annum long annuities I give unto Rebecca Miles wife of Moses Miles of Chapel Street Islington Warehouseman the sum of ten pounds per annum long annuities if she shall be living at the time of my decease I give unto Mary Read now in my service if she shall continue in such service to the time of my decease the sum of five pounds sterling I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto the said Rebecca Punter annuities if she shall be living at the time of my decease but in case she shall die in my lifetime then I give and bequeath all the said rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects unto the said John Punter  if he shall be living at the time of my decease And I appoint the said Rebecca Punter sole Executrix of this my will if she shall be living at the time of my decease but in case she shall die in my lifetime then I appoint the said John Punter Executor of this my will if he shall be living at the time of my decease and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made In Witness whereof I have to each sheet of this my Will contained in two sheets of paper set my hand the third day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty two Mary Ann Evans
