In the Name of God Amen I David Evans of the Town of Dolgelley in the County of Merioneth Innholder being sick and weak in body but of sound mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath all my money Securities for money Chattels and effects of what nature kind or quality soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my decease subject to the Payment of my just debts unto my dear Wife Margaret Evans absolutely to and for her own use and benefit for ever and I do hereby nominate  and appoint her my said Wife Margaret Evans sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the nineteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty three _ the mark X of David Evans the Testator

6 March 1834 Administration with Will annexed to Mary Evans Widow Administratrix of Goods left undaministered by Margaret Evans to the use and benefit of Jannett Evans and Anne Evans Spinsters Minors and David Evans also a Minor (and now in parts beyond the seas) the residuary legatees named in the Will of William Evans deceased whilst living the Son and the Sole Executor and Residuary Legatee named in the Will of the said Margaret Evans deceased
