This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Esam of Stamford in the County of Lincolnshire I give and bequeath to my Nephew Thomas Bainton the Legacy or sume of one hundred pounds I give and bequeath to my Niece Mary March the Legacy or sume of thirty pounds I also devise to my Nephew Richard Johnson fifty pounds to defray the expences of my ffuneral and for him to see me decently buried in Easton Church Yard and after the payment of the two Legacys above named I give and devise all the rest and residue of my Personal Property of whatever.....or kind consisting to my Nephews and Nieces Children of my Brothers and Sisters to be equally divided between them and I hope and trust that Richard Johnson who I appoint my Executor will see this my will and Testament duly executed In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the twenty seventh day of ffebruary one thousand eight hundred and nineteen Robert Esam
