Robert Endall Yeoman of
Wroxton in the County of
Oxford This is my last
Will and Testament I
give and devise my
freehold and leasehold
and copyhold and all
other property
throughout Great Britain
and I appoint Richard
Endall of Henley
Gentleman and Joseph
Carpenter of Wroxton
ffarmer to be trustees
for the said Robert
Endall and I give to my
wife and daughter as
long as they shall
remain together the
interest of the whole of
my property but in case
they should wish to
separate I give to my
wife 30£ per annum out
of the whole amount of
interest and after her
death I give to my
daughter the lifehold
property in Wroxton No 9
and to my grand daughter
Kate Pearson my freehold
property at Horley and
to my grand son Reuben
Pearson the lifehold
property at Wroxton No
12 with the stock in
trade and the tools to
be sold and the money to
be applied to his use
after the death of his
grandmother when they
arrive at age if either
of them shall die share
to be divided amongst
the survivors and what
money I have I give to
my daughter after the
death of her Mother I
give to John Bull of
Horley all my wearing
apparel and 5£ in money
1 year after my decease
and if any expence
whatever occurs to be
paid out of my personal
property and I here
revoke all former wills
& Testaments by me made
