This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann
Emmitt of Stamford in the County of Lincoln Widow made the
seventeenth day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and fifty three I give and devise unto my only son
William Wright of Stamford aforesaid Gentleman All that my messuage
or tenement with the yard garden outbuildings situate standing and
being in Wellam Road Spalding in the County of Lincoln And all other
if any the messuages or tenements land hereditaments and premises
whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature tenure kind or quality
soever the same may be of which I may die seised possessed or
entitled to or over which I have a controlling power at the time of
my decease To hold the said messuage or tenements hereditaments and
premises at Spalding aforesaid and all other my said real estate
with their or every of their respective rights members and
appurtenances unto him the said William Wright his heirs and assigns
for ever I give unto my grandson William Henry Fox a Wardrobe and my
French bed and bedding complete I give and bequeath unto my said son
William Wright all my monies and securities for money remainder of
my household goods and furniture plate linen books and china And all
other the personal estate and effects of which I may die possessed
or intitled to To hold the same to him the said William Wright his
executors administrators and assigns absolutely he or they paying
out of my personal estate all my just debts funeral and testamentary
expences And also the legacy of fifty pounds which I give and
bequeath unto my brother David Feasey of Horncastle Gentleman as a
small token of my esteem and affection for him to be paid as soon as
conveniently may be after my decease I appoint my said son William
Wright Sole Executor of this my Will and hereby revoke all former
Wills In Witness whereof all former and other Wills In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first before
