praised for the same hereby revokingall
former Wills by me made do make and ordain
this my last Will and Testament in manner
following First I commend mySoul into the
Hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping
throughthe Merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour
to receive a free pardon for my Sins My Body
I commit to the Earth to Go decently

Interred by my Executrix hereinafter named
And as to touching such Worldly Estate
wherewith it has pleased God to bless me in
this life I give devise and dispose of the
same in the following manner and form First
I give and bequeath unto my well beloved
Wife Susanna Emerson All and singular my
Landes Messuages
and Tenements by her freely to be possessed
and enjoyed for the Term of her natural Life
and from and after her decease I give and
bequeath unto my well beloved Son Robert
Emerson all and singular that Messuage or
Tenement Situated and being in Fulmodeston
with Croxton aforesaid and joining to the
Green paying the Sum of Five Pounds of good
and lawful Money of Great Britain unto
Susanna Emerson my Daughter which said
Legacie I will and order shall be
paid at the End of one whole Year next after
the decease of the said Susanna Emerson my
Wife This I give and bequeath unto my well
beloved Daughter Susanna Emerson all and
singular that Messuage or Tenement situated
and being in Fulmodeston with Croxton
aforesaid and Joining to the Street from and
after the decease of Susanna Emerson my Wife
And if in cause the aforesaid Robert Emerson
should die without issue then my Will and
desire is that the aforesaid Susanna Emerson
my Daughter shall have both my Messuages or
Tenements above mentioned And if in cause
the said Susanna Emerson my Daughter should
die without issue then my Will and desire is
that the aforesaid Robert Emerson shall have
both my Messuages or Tenements above
mentioned And if in cause both the aforesaid
Robert and Susanna Emerson die without issue
then my Will is that Ellen Beavers of
Fulmodeston with Croxton aforesaid shall
have both my Messuages or Tenemets

Life and from and after her decease Then my
Will is that Thomas Beavers her Son and
Susanna Beavers her Daughter may have both
the above mentioned Messuages and Tenements
equally divided between them All the rest
and residue of my Goods and Chattles
whatsoever I do hereby give and bequeath
unto Susanna Emerson my Loving Wife whom I
likewise constitute make and ordain sole
