This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Ellis of Pantymaen in the Parish of Llansilin in the county of Denbigh farmer – I give and bequeath to the children and the children of my late son Robert Ellis the sum of one pound each, I give and bequeath to my son Thomas Ellis the sum of Five shillings and to his Daughter Mary Ellis now living with me the sum of Five pounds, and as to all the Rest and Residue of my personal Estate and Effects consisting of my Stock upon the farm ready money money out at Interest or otherwise howsoever or whatsoever I give and bequeath the same after and subject to the payment of my just Debts legacies and funeral Expences and the Expences of proving this my Will unto my son Ellis Ellis whom I hereby nominate constitute and appoint sole Executor of this my last Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of June One thousand eight hundred and twenty one.
