The Will of Robert Ellary

In the Name of God Amen I Robert Ellary of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis in the County of Dorset Lieut in His Majestys Navy being of Sound and disposing mind and memory and Understanding, do make and Publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) Subject to the Payment of my just debts ffuneral Expences and the Charges of Proving this my Will I give devise and bequeath all and every of the Estate and Estates both real and Personal money and Securities for money Goods Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever whereof I shall die Seized or whereunto I shall or may be in any manner interested in or entitled either in Possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto my Wife Arabella Elizabeth Ray Ellary to hold to her her heirs Executors Admors and Assigns according to the nature of the same Several and respective Estates and Effects to and for her and their own proper use and benefit for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint her my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my Will and I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this to be and contain my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Seventeenth day of May on the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirteen Robert Ellary
