The Will of Elizabeth Ellary

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Ellary of Weymouth and Melcombe Regis in the County of Dorset Widow made and published this twenty eighth day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixteen as follows whereas my Granddaughter Elizabeth Ellary Daughter of my late Son John Ellary deceased hath been provided for by her said ffather and Myself Now I give and bequeath all my Monies Securities for Money Goods Chattels Rights Credits and Effects whatsoever which I shall die possessed of or be entitled unto my Son Robert Ellary for him to have receive and retain the Annual Interest Dividends & Proceeds and use thereof for and during his natural life and from and after his decease I give the Annual Interest Dividends Proceeds and use of my said Monies Goods and Effects unto Arabella Elizabeth Ray Ellary the now Wife of my said Son Robert Ellary if she shall happen to survive her said Husband for and during her natural life for her sole and separate use to be free from and independent of the Debts and Controul of any future Husband she may Marry and from and after her decease I give the whole of the said Monies Goods Estate & Effects unto the Exors Admors and Assigns of my said Son Robert Ellary And I nominate and appoint my said Son Robert Ellary Executor of this my Will revoking all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first before written.
