This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Eldridge of Bond Street, Vauxhall in the County of Surrey Gentleman after Payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences I give devise and bequeath out of the first money or monies that may be received from any and every source of income that I may die possessed with the yearly sum of one hundred pounds unto Ann Elizabeth Adelaide Stacey of 156 Lambeth Walk in the County of Surrey for her sole separate use but she is only to receive the income for so long as she remains single or does not live or cohabit with any man or men The Residue of my real and personal estate (including the bequest to the said Ann Elizabeth Adelaide Stacey if she should die or live or cohabit with any man or men) I give devise and bequeath unto Mr Harry Alfred Stacey 156 Lambeth Walk Surrey his heirs and assigns for ever whom I hereby appoint Executor of this my last Will and Testament As Witness my hand this fifteenth day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three Thomas Eldridge
