The Will of John Egleton

In the Name of God Amen I John Egleton in the Parish of Ockham in the County of Surrey ffarmer being of sound mind and memory Do make publish and Declare this to be and for my Last Will and Testament and first I give devise and bequeath to Mr William Ryde of the Parish of Ockley in the County of Surry all my real and Personal Estate of what soever kind they may bee To have and To hold to the said Wm Ryde in Trust for the Purposes hear in Mentioned first my Will is that the above named Wm Ryde shall and Will as soon as Conveniently may be after my decease sell and dispose of all my Estate and effects of what soever kind they may be by Publick or Private for the Sale for the Best money he can Get and then to pay all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences and after wards what it have pleased God to Bless me with I give devise and bequeath unto my son John Egleton and To my Daughter Hannah Durey Widow and To my Daughter Sarah the Wife or William Edgerton and to my Daughter Elizabeth the Wife of James Young and to my Daughter Mary the Wife of John Harrison and their heirs Equally Divided Between them And Lastly I do hereby Constitute and Appoint the above named Wm Ryde Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Egleton have hereunto set my hand this ffifteenth day of June and in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Ninety
