The Will of William Eggar

 

In the Name of God Amen I William Eggar of Guldeford in the County of Surrey Gentleman Doe make my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following ffirst I commend my Soule to God hopeing to be Saved by the death of Jesus Christ and I order my body to be decently buryed in the Church Yard of the parish of the Holy Trinity in Guldeford aforesaid near the body of the late Mr John Mills deceased Allsoe I give and bequeath to my loveing sister ffrances Bishop the wife of the Reverend ffrancis Bishop of Bentley in the County of Southton Clerke all my goods chattles rights heredits ready money and personall Estate whatsoever (after my debts and funeral expences paid nand discharged) And I nominate constitute and appointe her my said Sister ffrances Bishop full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and I revoke all former Wills by me made In Testimony whereof I have hereto sett my hand and Seale the seventh day of March in the seventeenth Yeare of the reigne of King George the Second over great Britain and so forth and in the yeare of our Lord one thousand seven hundred forty and three Wm Eggar
