In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Edwards of the Parish of Enfield in the County of Middlesex Widow being weak in body but of sound and disposing  Mind and Memory praised be God for the same and knowing the certainty of death and the Uncertainty of the time thereof  do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following ffirst and Principally I Recommend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God for Pardon of all my Sins through the Merits of my saviour Jesus Christ and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently buried in the Parish Church of ffinchley in the County of Middlesex  as near and as Convenient as can be to my late Husband at the Discretion of my Executrix hereafter named And As for such Worldly Estate and Effects as it hath pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose the same in manner and form following (that is to say) I Give devise and bequeath all my estate and Effects both real and Personal of what nature or kind soever unto my Cousin Elizabeth Pateshall Widow her Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said Cousin Elizabeth Pateshall Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this thirtieth day of January in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Seventy two Sarah Edwards
