The Will of Lily Rose Edwards
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Lily Rose Edwards of the Drapery Stores, Rowledge near Farnham in the County of Surrey, the wife of Alfred Edwards. I Hereby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions made by me. I appoint my son Edgar Edwards and my daughter Cecily May Varney (hereinafter called my Executors) to be the executors and trustees of this my Will. I give devise and bequeath everything of which I die possessed to my said executors upon trust to divide equally between my three children, the said Edgar Edwards, the said Cecily May Varney and Daisy Beattie Kearey or such of them as survive me. Provided always that if either of my said children shall predecease me leaving children living at my death who shall attain the age of twenty one years or being daughters marry under that age, such children shall take and if more than one equally share between them the share to which his her or their deceased parent would have been entitled had he or she survived me. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty-Fourth day of May, 1943 [Signature - Lily Rose Edwards]
