This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Edwards of Stamford in the County of Lincoln Spinster made this eighth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty five I give devise and bequeath all and singular my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my brothers Henry and David Thomas for their absolute use and benefit equally to be divided between them and I make such disposition in the confidence that my said brothers will make an equitable distribution of my property amongst my dear mother and my four Brothers but I expressly declare it is not my intention to create any trust which can be enforced at Law or in Equity As witness my hand the day and year first above written _ Elizabeth Edwards
