This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry
Dunning of Glanville Wootton in the County of Dorset Yeoman
I give devise and bequeath unto my two Sons Joseph and John Dunning All my
Household Goods and Furniture together with all the Live and dead Stock upon
the Farm I now Occupy and also all Monies I may have in my possession and
what is due to me at the time of my Decease In Trust for the purposes
following That is to say That my said two Sons Joseph and John Dunning shall
pay within twelve months of my decease all my just Debts and Funeral
Expences and the residue and remainder namely my Monies Live and Dead Stock,
Household Goods, and Furniture and all and everything whatsoever and
wheresoever belonging to me at the time of my Decease to be parted equally
share and share alike between my said two Sons Joseph and John Dunning,
Kezia my Daughter and Having given to my Sons Henry, Mark and David Dunning
each a share of my Property during my life time and I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint my said Sons Joseph and John Dunning joint Executors
of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke
and disannul all and every other former Testament Wills Legacies Bequests
Executors by me in any wise before named, willed and bequeathed ratifying
and confirming This and no other as my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty first
day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
fifty two
