In the Name of God Amen I Benjamin Drueatt of Marlsters in the Bucklebury in the County of Berks being Weak in Body but of a sound and disposing Mind Memory and Understanding do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First I desire all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Expences to be paid Secondly I ratify and Confirm my Marriage Settlement between me and my Wife in every respect Thirdly I give devise and bequeath unto my Son Benjamin All that my Estate at Winterbourne Berks and to his Executors Administrators and Assigns during all my Interest and Term therein yet to come and unexpired Fourthly I give unto my Son Joseph the Sum of thirty Pounds Fifthly I give devise and bequeath unto my Sons and Daughters following (that is to say) Joseph, Robert, Hannah, John, Rance, Sarah and Lucy All that the Lease of the Farm I now rent during all the time and Term now to come and unexpired to be carried on between them jointly and also all the Stock Crop live and dead Ready Money Securities for Money and also all the rest residue Remainder and Residuum of my Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expences and after Payment of any Legacy hereafter mentioned) unto and amongst them to be divided between them (as soon as my Lease is expired) unto and amongst them to be divided between them share and share alike and in Case all my Children shall not arrive at the Age of twenty one Years by that time then the Money to be paid out at Interest till they shall arrive at the Age of twenty one Yeares in order to breed them up Item I give out of the Stock the Legacy or Sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds unto my Daughter Mary the Wife of Richard Rogers and the End of the Lease of my said Farm hereinbefore mentioned Also I further order that my Son Joseph shall not receive out of Stock so much in Proportion as my other Children (that is to say) Hannah John Rance Sarah & Lucy by one hundred pounds And lastly hereby revoking every other Will and Testament by me made before I declare this to be my last Will and Testament and thereof make the following Children Joseph, Robert, Hannah, John, Rance, Sarah and Lucy my Sons and Daughters joint Executors and Executrixes In Witness whereof I the said Benjamin Drueatt the Elder the Testator have hereunto set my hand and Seal this 17th July 1782 _Benjamin Drueatt the Elder
