This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Dominy of the Parish of Lytchett Minster which I make in manner following that is to say First I direct my just debts Funeral Expences and the Charge of the Probate hereof to be paid and discharged and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath unto my son Robert Dominy all that piece of Lease heald Land about foure Acres called Lay hill field ; And I further give to my daughter Elizabeth Wareham fifty Pounds now in the Savings Bank Wareham to be paid to the said Elizabeth Wareham within Six Calendar Months after my Desease

And I allso Give unto my Granddaughter Marey Wareham my Bead and Beadstead and all belonging to its And I further Give unto my Son Thomas Dominy the Remainder Piece of Leasehold Land called Ley with Glovers Livery House and out Buildings and apiece of Land in Lytchett Matravers Called Ansteys And Revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this onley to be my last Will and Testament and do appoint Augustine Swaffield and Samuel Swaffield Executors hereof In Witness Whareof I the said Marey Dominy the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament subscribed my Name and affixed my Seal this Eight day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty sixt
